What happens to form submissions?

This downloadable website starts with its form delivery turned off. No form information is sent to Health Outlined while a delivery method has not been configured.

Once the owner enables a submission service, the entered information will be sent to that service to respond to inquiries. If an email-draft fallback is enabled instead, your email app opens a draft and you decide whether to send it. The owner must update this notice with the selected service and relevant details before accepting submissions.

Analytics, cookies and links

The supplied starter website does not enable a third-party analytics provider or set marketing cookies. Some services, including the optional external font provider, may process technical connection information. If analytics, embedded videos or other tools are added later, the privacy notice and consent choices must be updated as appropriate.

When you click a social profile link, you leave Health Outlined and the destination platform's own privacy policy applies.
